As the Dynamics 365 Tech Lead, you will drive the strategy, implementation, and integration of Dynamics 365, ensuring it delivers a seamless, AI-enhanced colleague interface. This is a pivotal role to shape the future of business processes in a forward-thinking organization.

• Lead the strategy and implementation of Dynamics 365, focusing on architecture, customization, and integration.

• Drive the migration of Power Apps and Power Automate into Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support continuous integration and deployment.

• Leverage AI tools for sentiment analysis, call transcriptions, and customer data insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize processes, including customer onboarding and third-party integrations.

• Mentor colleagues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Microsoft accreditations (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and its integration with Dynamics 365.

• Experience in a finance organization, with knowledge of financial processes and regulations.

• Familiarity with AI and automation strategies, such as Microsoft CoPilot or large language models.

• Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate, particularly in migration and integration.

• Adaptability: Thrive in a lean, dynamic environment with overlapping responsibilities.
