Your Role as a 1st Line Support Engineer Will Include:

  • Office based 5 days a week, working on various day shift patterns.

As 1st Line support Engineer, You Will Have:

  • Experience within an IT Support Role.
  • Microsoft Proficiency.
  • Experience of working to an ITIL framework in a service desk capacity.
