- Act as the SharePoint SME, managing configuration, support, and optimisation.
- Provide 3rd line support for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver updates and improvements.
- Create documentation, support integration, and contribute to Agile delivery.
- In-depth experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics, and other SaaS platforms.
- Comfortable working across Windows, iOS/macOS environments.
- Familiar with ITIL processes, service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow), and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
