Responsibilities:

  • ?? Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails in line with client service level agreements.
  • ?? Maintain high accuracy in information gathering and inputting.
  • ? Ensure all Helpdesk calls are recorded and followed through to completion in a timely manner.
  • ?? Collaborate with your team to tackle challenges and innovate solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with clients with a positive attitude, providing exceptional service!
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Keep track of requests and follow up diligently to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring:
