Entry-Level Administrator (On-Site) Helpdesk Scheduler

Location: London (Euston area)

Salary: 24,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, 100% On-Site

We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised individual to join our busy and fast-paced team based within a university campus in central London.



About the Role:

This is an exciting entry-level position where you will gain hands-on experience and develop essential admin skills in a real working environment. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, working closely with engineers and line managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling engineers using Excel and internal systems
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Communicating effectively with engineers and line managers
  • Supporting the team with any additional admin duties as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation


What We're Looking For:

  • A confident communicator - comfortable speaking with colleagues at all levels
  • Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Must be based within a 30-minute commute of the Euston area
  • Please note: This role is 100% on-site with no work-from-home option
