The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Analyst, Tech Support Engineer to join the London-based team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT operations across global offices. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, this individual will manage complex technical support tasks, contribute to infrastructure maintenance, and uphold exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user support requests via the Help Desk system, resolving issues with hardware, software, and network components

  • Collaborate with other technology teams and external providers to deliver reliable and timely solutions

  • Support infrastructure including Windows servers, Cisco networking equipment, wireless systems, and AV solutions

  • Coordinate IT activities for regional offices, ensuring consistent service delivery

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue ownership

  • Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, health checks, and change management initiatives

  • Create and maintain operational documentation, user guides, and support materials

  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts, escalating issues as appropriate

  • Track hardware and software inventory, including license and warranty management

Candidate Profile

  • University degree and 8-10 years of experience in technical support or IT infrastructure roles

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office365, iOS, Azure, MDM solutions, and ServiceNow

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and professional approach

  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience managing external service providers and supporting remote offices is advantageous

Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 including bonus and benefits
