IT Supplier Service Manager - ITIL
One of our clients are looking for multiple headcount within the IT Supplier Service Management space. Ideally looking for someone who is not only going to have experience working within Service Level Management, but Continual Service Improvement (CSI), SLA creation and management, across multiple IT Services, Suppliers and MSP's that are currently supporting the business, as a new dedicated Service Improvement function that they are looking to establish.
Due to the nature of the role, you would ideally need to have the following experience to be considered:
- Must have strong experience as a core ITSM/ITIL Service Supplier Manager, who comes with an abundance of experience managing a range of IT Suppliers, as part of a Continual Service Improvement initiative (Strong on CSI).
- Any core experience in Service Level Management, and ability to go in depth across SLA and SLM creation, improvement and overall Vendor/supplier Management (Monthly workshops, reporting against the current SLA's and IT Service Metrics that have been agreed by the business and managing vendor performance).
- Any experience with Service Now to configure reports, specifically for SLM and Service Management Processes would be highly advantageous.
