Project Manager - Digital Projects

Location: Central London, hybrid working (1-2 days a week in the office)

Contract: Temporary, 1 month, probably longer

Salary: £19.23 PAYE, plus £2.32 HP per hour (£35,088 FTE)

Hours: 3 days a week (21 hours), flexible up to full-time.

Charity People are seeking a capable and proactive Project Manager/Coordinator to join a charity focused on wellbeing, on a temporary basis. This role involves managing digital projects and ensuring smooth coordination between the charity's in-house team and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of digital projects and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Set up and coordinate meetings.
  • Write and distribute meeting notes.
  • Ensure projects are progressing and deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

Digital Projects:

  • Assist with research and updates for website projects.
  • Coordinate the creation of new website sections (supporter section, webinar section).
  • Oversee the review process of the charity's email automation software (HubSpot).
  • Summarise research findings and conclusions.

Publishing/Website Project:

  • Coordinate the production of the charity's annual report/online magazine.
  • Chase writers and update the agency on progress.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination.
  • Familiarity with digital projects and website management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills required:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience managing digital projects.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Suite and web analytics.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with WordPress or Drupal.
  • Understanding of SEO and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience implementing analytics tracking.
