Are you ready to be part of a transformative HR journey? We are seeking a dynamic HR Security Consultant to join our HR Foundations program. This is your chance to play a crucial role in redefining and improving access and processes within Workday.

Role: Workday Security Configuration ConsultantLocation: Fully RemoteContract: 6 months (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Security Consultant, you will:

  • Reconfigure HR security groups and roles within Workday, focusing on staffing processes (joiners, leavers, movers).
  • Lead configuration activities while collaborating with functional consultants on design and testing.
  • Potentially contribute to establishing a Workday data dictionary, enhancing the Workday Payroll feed, and optimizing Workday Help.

What You'll Bring: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Workday System Configuration Expertise:
    • Advanced knowledge of security configurations.
    • Experience with rebuilds in post-go-live/post-production environments.
    • A solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • HR Systems Experience: Proficiency in design methodology and implementations.
  • Excellent Relationship Building: Strong stakeholder management skills.
