Your responsibilities:• Oversee IT procurement (devices/hardware), stock control, and IT asset management (maintaining asset register)• Log and assign service tickets and manage daily team queues• Coordinate equipment repairs and recoveries• Support new starters, leavers, and movers with the right tech• Keep meeting rooms and peripherals ready• Provide on-demand tech essentials for office staff

What you’ll need:• 1+ year of IT administration, IT procurement or IT asset management experience• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)• Excellent communication skills• High attention to detail and organisational skills
