Timekeeping Systems Specialist

Our client is seeking a talented and dynamic Timekeeping Systems Specialists to join their EMEA People Support team on a temporary contract. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in streamlining timekeeping and payroll processes while enhancing the employee experience across multiple markets!

What You'll Do:As a Timekeeping Systems Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving process optimisation and technology improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-leading project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Working closely with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to finalise country-specific timekeeping needs.
  • Creating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure requirements are met.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to minimise project risks.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues during roll out to ensure project continuity.
  • Communicating project progress and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Implementing project management best practises to optimise efficiency across regions.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos, Workday) and rolling them out across multiple countries, ideally within the EMEA region.
  • Strong skills in timekeeping process improvement and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
  • Attention to detail, intermediate Excel skills, and experience handling large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically within HR-related processes.
  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Planner.
  • French speaking would be adventurous

Additional Information:

  • Meetings with the US team may be required 1-2 times a week from 5-7 PM.
  • Potential travel within EMEA for requirement gathering sessions.
