The Systems Analyst (Salesforce) plays a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s information systems meet the organisation’s needs effectively and efficiently.
Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and Information Systems Team, you will help translate business requirements into robust system solutions.
Your work will support the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of systems to ensure they deliver real value to the organisation.
The Systems Analyst (Salesforce) will be responsible for testing configuration, creating testing environments and scripts to allow testers a structured approach to development evaluations.
Key responsibilities:- Administration ofour client’s Information Systems - Salesforce in particular.
- Management of incident tickets raised by Salesforce users, ensuring timely and effective first-line support.
- Provide user training and support, including creating and delivering training materials and training programs.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the business; communicate with stakeholders and users on an ongoing basis to understand their system needs.
- Gather and analyse feedback from users regarding system intuitiveness and usability.
- Create testing scripts, templates and training materials to cover all testing needs for developments, changes, and implementations.
- Test system prototypes and proof of concept solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected. This will include testing new developments for projects and also smaller BAU system improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating testing scenarios and templates.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst and key stakeholders togather, analyse and document comprehensive user requirements.
- Ensure successful system deployment and address any issues promptly.
Employment experience from the charity / non-profit sector preferred.
