Software Trainer
Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £45,000+Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We're working with a fast-growing tech business in London that is looking for a confident and people-focused Software Trainer to join their team.
In this role, you'll design and deliver effective training sessions for both clients and internal users, helping them get the most from a powerful and user-friendly software platform. You'll be confident leading sessions in person and online, and enjoy helping others understand and use technology with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and engaging software training sessions for users at all levels
- Create clear training materials, user guides, and e-learning content
- Run onboarding sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients and teams
- Gather user feedback to continuously improve training delivery
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to stay informed on platform updates and user needs
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience delivering software training (ideally within SaaS or B2B platforms)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training approaches for different audiences and learning styles
- Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Regular team socials and wellness initiatives
