As a Production Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how global audiences interact with visual media—what it looks like, how it feels, and how it’s experienced.We’re seeking a detail-obsessed, collaborative, and technically skilled Production Designer to join the team in Battersea, London. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality design assets at scale across various digital platforms, contributing to the visual identity of media storefronts.Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt and deliver creative assets for their international TV storefronts, based on established brand and style guidelines.
  • Work with supplied studio assets and licensed imagery, adapting them into multiple formats and screen types.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Editorial, and Business teams to ensure cohesive and accurate design output on a weekly schedule.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and Keynote decks.
  • Retouch and format artwork for use in multiple complex Photoshop templates.
  • Maintain structured file naming and organisational standards across all deliverables.
  • Partner with external agencies to ensure they deliver on-brand, high-quality creative at scale.
  • Navigate multiple time zones while working with global teams, including Europe and the US.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong fluency in graphic design, typography, and photographic composition.
  • Expertise in Photoshop with advanced retouching skills; working knowledge of Illustrator.
  • Clear understanding of visual and communication design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with extreme attention to detail.
  • Highly experienced in digital content production, file management, and content management systems.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for film, television, and digital storytelling.
