Location: 1 Catford Road, Catford, London, SE6 4RU
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and information to clients on a range of services and support options.
  • Manage and resolve complex queries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in an advice and information role, preferably within a local government setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software.
