- The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior claim’s relationship or technical role either in-house at a major corporate entity, a major law firm, a global insurer or broker
- Have proven experience in PDBI, Motor and Casualty experience with an excellent understanding of the legal principles that underpin a wide range of insurance types
- Be an excellent problem solver and researcher, able to investigate technical issues quickly calling on support from colleagues and formulating appropriate advice to the best interests of your client
- You can quickly build an understanding of a client’s business issues, insurance needs and expectations
- Be comfortable in advocating on behalf of your clients on large, complex claims or summarising performance and trends across a large volume of claims, both in writing and presenting in person to senior client stakeholders
- The ability to prepare and interpret claims experiences and analysis including claims triangulation's and the impact that deductibles and cover variations will have
