Your new company

Your new company is a global and well-respected Lloyd's Market Insurer with offices all over the world, offering a variety of Lloyd's insurance products and services across the market. Offering a very competitive Salary package and hybrid working, your new company is now looking for an experienced Senior Claims Operations Technician to join their high-performing team.

Your new role

As a Senior Claims Operations Technician, you will be responsible for validating accurate data in company systems to enable precise reporting on claims portfolios. You will monitor claims portal systems and liaise with the technical claims team to take action as appropriate to ensure portal compliance. Other duties include processing claims payments, reconciliation of claims and premium movements and reserves on multinational intercompany accounts.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, the ideal candidate must be hard-working, committed and be looking to challenge themselves. You must have at least 2-3 years of Claims Operations experience within the Lloyd's London market.

You must also be proficient in utilising Lloyd's systems in a Claims Operations capacity for a Lloyd's Insurer.What you'll get in return
