Are you a Billing Coordinator / Legal Biller seeking a new challenge within a top-tier and inclusive legal environment?

Our client and highly regarding international law firm are looking for a bright Billing Coordinator with a high level of professionalism and integrity to join their London office on a permanent basis.

This role will be working in a small, dedicated team of two reporting directly to the London based Revenue Manager.

The Billing Coordinator Role

You will be tasked with handling the full client billing life cycle ensuring that monthly billing targets for the department and Partners are met. This will include overseeing WIP, troubleshoot any day to day billing issues, matter setups, transfers and write-offs ensuring all actions are fully compliant with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and VAT regulations.

Current / previous experience in a billing / revenue role within an international law firm is essential. Should you have experience using Elite 3E this will be an added bonus however full training will be provided. The firm are keen to hire an organised and confident / engaging individual with an inquisitive nature.
