I'm working with a forward-thinking technology solutions provider that supports multiple education sites across London. They're looking for an IT Engineer to join their team, delivering high-quality support across schools and helping improve learning through reliable and innovative IT services.

?? MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS WITH BARRED LIST
??MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:- Providing 1st/2nd line IT support in an on-site or mobile role
- Previous experience working in a SCHOOL or COLLEGE environment is essential
- Working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, account provisioning)
- Supporting Windows Server (2016-2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
- Troubleshooting Windows 10 devices and applications
- Maintaining classroom AV equipment (e.g. projectors, smartboards)
- Managing and supporting staff and student devices in an education setting
- Communicating clearly and confidently with end-users
- Escalating issues appropriately and following through to resolution
- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS WITH BARRED LIST
- EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - SCHOOL / COLLEGE
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Comfortable travelling between sites (London-based)
- Experience working with local domains and Microsoft 365 environments
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to IT support and service delivery
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS WITH BARRED LIST
- Previous IT support experience in the education sector
- Familiarity with reimaging tools and asset management
- Microsoft 365 or ITIL Foundation certifications
- Location: London - On-site across education sites
- Rate: £150/day
- IR35: To be determined
- Contract Length: 3-6 months (scope for extension)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
- Start Date: ASAP
