- Serve as the first point of contact for HNWI clients and intermediaries.
- Manage client onboarding, Know Your Client (KYC), and suitability processes.
- Ensure all verification documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Work with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure full regulatory adherence.
- Prepare detailed meeting packs and fund data ahead of client appointments.
- Run quarterly valuations and draft professional client correspondence.
- Manage diaries, book travel, and process expenses for Investment Managers.
- Handle payment instructions following necessary verification checks.
- Degree educated, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a client-facing administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills—professional, confident, and proactive.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
