Due to a recent internal move and growth my client, a leading independent Investment / Wealth Manager, currently seek an Investment Administrator to join their policy services team. This is an important role which ensures the accuracy of value and investments held in client portfolios - duties will include:

  • Maintaining and setting up client portfolios to ensure they reflect current value and holdings
  • Ensure documentation is recorder regarding portfolio changes
  • Update stockholdings daily
  • Organise probate valuations
  • Regular liaison with brokers regarding client information and instructions
  • Maintenance of client reports
  • Liaison with data providers regarding accuracy of data feeds
  • Providing insight and feedback regarding process and procedural improvement.

Applicants must possess a keen eye for detail with ideally one to two years exposure to Investment / Financial Services administration. You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE standard having secured C or above in Maths and English. Excellent communication skills and a stable track record are a must along with the ability to provide a consistently high level of service whilst working towards deadlines along with a keen desire to learn.
