Are you an experienced wealth professional with a passion for leadership and client-centric advice?  Meraki Talent have been appointed by a global banking client, who are looking to appoint an Senior Manager within Wealth Management to drive their wealth strategy and lead a high-performing team of Wealth Managers and Analysts.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, needs-based financial advice.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, acting as the first line of defence for sales quality and professional standards.
  • Influence internal partners to identify and refer appropriate wealth opportunities.
  • Manage team performance, providing constructive feedback and driving development and change.
  • Support the team in delivering holistic financial planning and effective client solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer service.
 What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • QCF Level 4 qualification
  • Proven supervisory experience and leadership experience
  • Strong external market awareness and expert knowledge of holistic financial planning and wealth products.
  • Ability to lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and customer focus
