Paint Sprayer

kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join an established accident repair centre based in Kingsbury, London.This role is ideal for an experienced automotive Paint Technician who can produce high-quality finishes, work efficiently and contribute to a busy, professional bodyshop environment.
Key responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding and primingMixing and matching paints (water-based and solvent) to manufacturer specifications
• Carrying out full resprays, panel repairs and refinishing work
• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and manufacturer standards
• Working closely with panel, MET and workshop teams to maintain smooth workflow
• Maintaining paint equipment and spray booths to a high standard

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
• Strong knowledge of refinishing processes and modern paint systems
• Ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
• Good efficiency and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
