Planning Consultant - Remote Role
Salary: Flexible, depending on experience
Are you an experienced planner who enjoys the technical side of planning more than client-facing work? This unique role offers you the chance to focus on high-quality written work and internal support, all while working fully remotely.
The Role
In this position, you'll play a key part in strengthening the consultancy's planning output by:
路Assessing planning feasibility for new enquiries and advising the internal team.
路Preparing planning statements, appeal statements, and supporting documents.
路Providing policy-based advice on applications and strategy.
路Making use of AI tools and the latest technology to improve efficiency and speed in producing written work.
What We're Looking For
路Several years of planning experience with a proven track record.
路Strong written skills with excellent attention to detail.
路Someone who works efficiently and is comfortable handling a wide variety of applications.
路A preference for internal support work rather than direct client liaison.
路An open mind to using technology and modern tools to enhance your work.
