An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious and growing law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and UK Chambers Guide, as a Property Solicitor. The firm is looking for a talented 1-3 years PQE Property Solicitor to become part of its expanding Property team.This role is predominantly based at the firm’s Whitechapel office, with an additional office in Clapham Junction. You will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of non-contentious property work while contributing to the continued growth of the department.Job Advert: Property Solicitor (1-3 Years PQE) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000Location: East LondonKey Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of non-contentious property matters, including both commercial and residential transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing your own network, and ensuring repeat business.
  • Meeting and exceeding financial targets, while upholding the firm’s high standards of client service.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to contribute to the department's expansion and success.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-3 years PQE in Property Law, with experience in handling non-contentious matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and professionals.
  • A proactive approach to bringing in new clients and growing your portfolio, while contributing to the firm’s reputation and financial targets.
  • Proven ability to work independently, while being a collaborative team player.
  • A keen interest in business development and maintaining excellent client care.
