We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join our team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload including wills, estates, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:- Advise clients on a wide range of private client matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and powers of attorney.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client cases, from initial consultation through to completion.
- Draft legal documents meticulously and conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with current laws.
- Provide empathetic and tailored advice to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Liaise with other professionals such as accountants, financial advisors, and tax experts to provide comprehensive client services.
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client services.
- Strong understanding of wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
