- Forfeiture, lease renewals (1954 Act), breach of covenant, dilapidations, and possession claims
- Boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession
- Service charge and enfranchisement matters
- Advising clients on strategy, risk, and settlement
- A senior solicitor with strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
- Ability to handle a varied caseload independently, including complex or high-value matters
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to deal directly with clients
- A collaborative approach with a desire to mentor junior team members and support business development
- £55,000–£75,000 salary depending on experience
