Senior Property Litigation Solicitor – Hybrid - Modern Boutique Specialist We are working exclusively with a well-established and entrepreneurial East London law firm on a key strategic hire within their litigation department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a modern, agile practice with a strong reputation across both commercial and residential real estate disputes.The firm has built a loyal client base including developers, landlords, high-net-worth individuals, and commercial occupiers, and is looking for a senior lawyer who can take a lead role on complex disputes while contributing to the growth of the team and wider firm.The Role: You will advise on a full range of contentious property matters including:

Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
Forfeiture, lease renewals (1954 Act), breach of covenant, dilapidations, and possession claims
Boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession
Service charge and enfranchisement matters
Advising clients on strategy, risk, and settlement

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues in litigation and real estate, with direct exposure to clients and plenty of autonomy.What We’re Looking For:

A senior solicitor with strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
Ability to handle a varied caseload independently, including complex or high-value matters
Commercial awareness and the confidence to deal directly with clients
A collaborative approach with a desire to mentor junior team members and support business development
