Senior Property Litigation Solicitor – Hybrid - Modern Boutique Specialist We are working exclusively with a well-established and entrepreneurial East London law firm on a key strategic hire within their litigation department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a modern, agile practice with a strong reputation across both commercial and residential real estate disputes.The firm has built a loyal client base including developers, landlords, high-net-worth individuals, and commercial occupiers, and is looking for a senior lawyer who can take a lead role on complex disputes while contributing to the growth of the team and wider firm.The Role: You will advise on a full range of contentious property matters including:
  • Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Forfeiture, lease renewals (1954 Act), breach of covenant, dilapidations, and possession claims
  • Boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession
  • Service charge and enfranchisement matters
  • Advising clients on strategy, risk, and settlement
You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues in litigation and real estate, with direct exposure to clients and plenty of autonomy.What We’re Looking For:
  • A senior solicitor with strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
  • Ability to handle a varied caseload independently, including complex or high-value matters
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to deal directly with clients
  • A collaborative approach with a desire to mentor junior team members and support business development
