My client is a Legal 500, award winning firm on the lookout for a Property Solicitor to join their team in London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
  • Conduct property searches and investigations, including land registry checks.
  • Develop a network of clients and referrers to generate new business.
  • Work towards financial and business development targets.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and firm policies
  • Manage all administrative aspects of cases, ensuring timely completion.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Property Solicitor (1- 3 years' PQE)
  • Experience hitting/ exceeding billing targets
  • Excellent client care skills
