About the Role:AJ Chambers is working with a well-established firm in Central London who are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong conveyancing experience who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE in residential property law
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
