- Manage a caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children work
- Supervise and collaborate with a skilled family paralegal
- Play a central role in business development, with the freedom and encouragement to grow the family law offering
- Engage with existing and potential clients to re-establish and expand the department’s client base
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in family law (more senior candidates also encouraged to apply)
- Confident working independently and supervising support staff
- Demonstrable experience with privately funded family work
- Commercially aware and business development-focused
