- Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of public sector matters.
- Assist with conducting tribunal matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Represent the organisation in court and during legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Profile
A successful Senior Lawyer ASE & ECS (Child Protection) should have:- A professional legal qualification and membership with a recognised legal body.
- Experience in handling public sector legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
- Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to non-legal professionals.

Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of 55.00/hour PAYE or 72.33/hour UMBRELLA, depending on experience.
