Radley Green is partnering with a fast-paced, global tech organisation seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and delivery of projects across the business.
You will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the organisation. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality reporting and analytics to aid project tracking and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate project needs and solve problems before they escalate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and analytical skills who is confident working with modern project management and reporting tools.
This is initially an interim role paying £300-£350 per day and will run for 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and meetings
- Track progress against timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Maintain project documentation and produce reporting dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Act as the key contact between teams and stakeholders
- Anticipate and resolve project issues, ensuring delivery to governance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination or support
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Confident working across multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with tools like Asana, Looker Studio, and Google Cloud Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is a plus
- No degree or certifications required
