We are looking for a boundaried and compassionate SEMH mentorto work 1:1 with a Year 9 studentwho requires structure, empathy, and consistency.

This pupil, who has SEMH needs and a visual impairment, will thrive under the guidance of a calm, confident professional experienced in managing challenging behaviour and providing positive role modelling. This role commences immediately and continues until the academic year concludes in September 2025.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Maintains strong, supportive boundariesand is comfortable with having difficult conversations

  • Has direct experience with or a willingness to learn about working with students with vision impairments and SEMH needs

  • Is a confident communicator with staff and families

  • Can create engaging, individualized mentoring experiences and meaningful learning projects
