- Efficiently handle an administrative workload
- Opening and closing files.
- Supporting 2-3 fee earners and others within the business.Â
- Compliance (KYC/ID/AML documents).
- Client care letters and supporting documents.
- Being responsible for saving correspondence from their allocated fee earners.
- Some land registry and conveyancing searches.
- Working off templates.
- Preparing invoices and making payments.
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident, diligent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet work demands.
