Legal Executive Salary: £38K- £40KPermanent positionHybrid workingAbout the Firm: Our client is a distinguished law firm located in the heart of the West End, seeking a skilled Legal Executive to become a vital part of their team. This role offers a prime opportunity to provide administrative support to the Residential/Commercial team and serve as the first point of contact in their prestigious offices.Role Overview: The Legal Executive will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and providing thorough support to the Residential/Commercial team. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach.Main Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle an administrative workload
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Supporting 2-3 fee earners and others within the business. 
  • Compliance (KYC/ID/AML documents).
  • Client care letters and supporting documents.
  • Being responsible for saving correspondence from their allocated fee earners.
  • Some land registry and conveyancing searches.
  • Working off templates.
  • Preparing invoices and making payments.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, diligent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet work demands.
