A dynamic law firm in North West London is seeking a Legal Secretary for their Residential Property Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, particularly with Residential Conveyancing processes and the use of the Land Registry Portal and Lender Exchange.
Candidates should possess excellent secretarial and keyboard skills, with experience in audio digital dictation using BigHand.
The position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, with standard working hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 21 days of holiday plus additional Bank Holidays.
This is an office-based role, and applicants should expect a response within 72 hours, although high application volumes may delay feedback.

Our dynamic and forward thinking client law firm based in North West London is actively seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Residential Property Dept.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and must understand the Residential Conveyancing processes, together with the legal forms used and will have experience of using the Land Registry Portal and the Lender Exchange.

With your excellent secretarial and keyboard skills of audio digital dictation, the firm use BigHand, you will be a good support to the Property Fee Earner.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary : £30-35,000pa

Hours: 9.30-5.30pm

Holidays: Standard 21 days plus extra Bank Holidays.

Office based only.
