Prestigious global law firm is recruiting for a Head of Facilities to lead their UK and Ireland operations. The position involves delivering an exceptional service across a multisite portfolio covering all hard and soft services and developing and leading a large team. You will have experience of and be comfortable with senior level diplomacy, have outstanding communication skills and a true focus on outstanding customer service, anticipating needs. The role is heavily involved in multiple and ongoing projects.
This role requires experience in the following areas;
- Senior experience managing high end facilities services in a professional services environment.
- Reporting and presenting at partner level
- High end relocation and refit project management
- Demonstrated service excellence
- Large scale budget management
- Demonstrated diplomacy, commercial acumen and gravitas
Previous experience with legal or professional services is essential.
