Fleet Administrator

Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid: Office & Home-Based)

Type: Temporary Ongoing Assignment

Working Hours: 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week

Our client, a large electrical manufacturing organisation based in London, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join their team. The office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Victoria train station, making it easily accessible for both office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the fleet operations by performing a variety of tasks, including:

General Administrative Duties: Support the overall administrative functions of the fleet department.

Managing Fleet Inbox: Handle all incoming communications related to the fleet, ensuring accurate categorisation of queries, timely responses, and actions where required.

Stakeholder queries management: Facilitate effective queries resolution if escalated by the fleet provider or internal stakeholders for Ireland

Data Reporting: Collate, update, submit , and archive weekly reports as well as stats if required to track fleet performance and relevant metrics.

Manage invoicing and processing through Schneider online tools

Manage occupational health vehicle queries and new car orders with Health and Safety

Qualifications Required:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

GCSEs in Maths and English

Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Fleet/HR experience preferred

Strong attention to details

Strong office, administrative, and front desk skills
