Job Overview

Our warm and friendly  secondary school in Southwark is seeking to appoint a Head of Computing who is an inspirational teacher and an ambitious leader, ready to further develop a flourishing department. The successful candidate will have the vision and drive to raise standards through effective teamwork and leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced Head of Department or a teacher aspiring to take on a leadership position.

 

The Computing department has expanded in recent years, offering both BTEC ICT and GCSE Computer Science, and has achieved strong outcomes since the return of formal exams. The department is committed to enabling students to make significant progress and access a wide range of post-16 opportunities.

 

As Head of Computing, you will:
