As we expand our footprint across the capital, we're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our high-performing team and help keep London moving.

About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for a procurement professional with a strong engineering or manufacturing background, particularly in vehicle parts and maintenance supplies. You'll take the lead in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships that support our vehicle repair and maintenance operations across London.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the availability of critical parts and supplies, managing supplier performance, and driving value through strategic sourcing. With our business undergoing significant growth, this is a high-impact role with plenty of opportunity to shape procurement processes and support operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement of parts, components, and supplies for vehicle maintenance and repair

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality service and delivery

  • Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to forecast needs and streamline procurement

  • Drive cost-efficiency through effective contract negotiation and supplier performance management

  • Support continuous improvement across the procurement and supply chain function

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in procurement within an engineering or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of vehicle components or transport maintenance parts highly desirable

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
