About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming processes across workstreams, specifically in the "front-to-back" landscape, including the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations. You will be at the forefront of a significant transformation programme, ensuring seamless entity merging and migration while adhering to risk management and regulatory compliance standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in transformation programmes, Entity merging programs for multiyear
  • Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking institutions, with a solid understanding of front-to-back operations.
  • Expertise in entity merging and migration processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong ability to draught comprehensive Terms of Reference and develop effective working group plans.
  • Creating WG plan with key deliverables and milestones, and monitoring progress against plan
  • Preferred PMP Certification to validate your project management expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellence communication skills to manage senior level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Business SMEs and Business Analysts, as well as IT teams, to drive project success.
  • Set up and manage the IT Working Group, including drafting Terms of Reference and developing working group plans with clear deliverables and milestones.
  • Monitor progress against plans, ensuring timely delivery of IT-related outputs from various workstreams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and support for the change initiatives.
  • Oversee the key deliverables in the Design & Plan phase of the programme, with a focus on quality and strategic impact.
