STOCK MANAGER | LUXURY RETAIL | LONDON | UP TO £48,000 + BONUS

Zachary Daniels recruitment is excited to be working with a luxury leather goods brand in the heart of Mayfair. Our client is rich in heritage, and known globally for their quality and craftmanship in all their products across travel accessories and leather goods.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Stock Manager to join the team. This pivotal role will oversee all day-to-day management of the stockroom, ensuring seamless inventory management to support the boutique operations. The successful candidate will also lead a team of stock controllers, so proven leadership experience in a similar luxury retail environment is essential.

Stock Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all deliveries, transfers, returns, and inventory counts.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records at all times.
  • Work closely with the Management and sales team to forecast stock needs and minimise discrepancies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and maintain stock control procedures in line with company standards.
  • Liaise with head office, suppliers, and couriers to ensure efficient stock flow.
  • Produce regular stock reports and support internal audits.

Stock Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience within luxury retail environment
  • Previous experience in stock management is essential.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in stock management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
