We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager who can take full ownership of the order fulfillment lifecycle - from pick-pack-dispatch to KPI delivery, labour planning, and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Goods in/out
  • Lead and optimize picking, packing, and dispatch operations
  • Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs and productivity
  • Manage daily operations including stock put-away, stocktakes, and organisation
  • Set and track performance targets aligned with company goals
  • Plan labour resources effectively to meet fluctuating demand
  • Collaborate with logistics for inbound/outbound efficiency
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure fulfillment excellence
  • Promote environmental and safety compliance
  • Oversee consumable ordering based on demand forecasts
