Jobdescription:

This role is a shift engineers role, the day-to-day roles and responsibilities of this role consists of:

• Carrying out plumbing and mechanical maintenance tasks
• Carrying out important daily water treatment ppm tasks
• Responding to emergency calls for the fire alarm and using the fire panel, also using a bleep and shift mobile to respond to these.
• Using the BMS system to control the plant across site.
• 12-hour days 7-7 both Night and Day shift on a continental shift pattern

Competencies and Requirements for thePlumbing/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position:

• Must have valid right to work in the UK
• CSCS card required
• Level 3 building services qualification and or minimum Level 2 plumbing qualification
• DBS Check
