An independent property company specialising in high-end sales and rentals across North West and Central London is seeking an experienced and highly capable Lettings and Sales Administrator to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional yet relaxed environment, supporting a small and passionate team. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the administrative side of the business across both lettings and sales.Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator and Sales Administrator:

  • Oversee the progression of new lettings and sales transactions, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage all pre-tenancy administration including referencing, contract preparation, and move-in coordination.
  • Coordinate renewals, manage deposit returns, and book check-ins/check-outs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and industry compliance.
  • Handle database and website management, ensuring property listings are accurate and engaging.
  • Book professional photography, write compelling property descriptions, and prepare online adverts.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Provide general support across both sales and lettings as needed.

Requirements of the Lettings and Sales Administrator:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Administrator or Sales Administrator within a reputable estate agency.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
