This is your chance to join a dynamic and growing lettings team with hybrid working and real career potential.We're looking for a Lettings Administrator (Part-Time) to play a key role in supporting the smooth progression of tenancies from offer to move-in. You’ll work closely with the Head of Administration & Compliance and the wider lettings team, helping ensure every tenancy runs efficiently and professionally.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements and progressing deals with speed and accuracy
  • Managing compliance documentation including EPCs, EICRs and Gas Safety Certificates
  • Coordinating cleaning and inventory check-ins
  • Carrying out AML and sanctions checks on tenants and landlords
  • Liaising with referencing companies and ensuring reports are sent to landlords
  • Uploading accurate data to the property CRM
  • Handling ad hoc admin tasks to support the wider team

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in lettings administration or tenancy progression (ideal, but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional communication style
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office

Role details:£14 per hour (£17,472 pro rata)24 hours per week over 4 days (flexible spread of hours)Hybrid working - 1 day in the office, 3 days remote
