Our client, based in Central London reguires an Office Support Assistant. This is a Full time, remote (1 day a week in office, may require travel to St. Albans)
Our client is looking for a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic Office Support Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied and dynamic role, supporting three key departments - Marketing, Projects/Processing, and Bids - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling different tasks, and be keen to get involved wherever needed.
- From assisting with marketing campaigns, processing orders, to providing admin support on bids and tenders - your adaptability and can-do attitude will be key.
- Key Responsibilities Marketing Support
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
- Help coordinate events, campaigns, and social media activity
- Help manage social media scheduling and engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms Projects and processing support
- Process orders efficiently
- Liaise with other teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met Bids Team Support
- Assist in compiling tender documents and proposals
- Coordinate information gathering across departments
- Ensure deadlines are tracked and submissions are formatted and filed correctly
