An established company are currently looking for a Part time Administrator to join their team. The Part time Administrator role involves answering incoming calls, managing queries/complaints, updating the in-house databases, and providing administrative support to the wider team.

  • 9am - 5pm | 2-3 days per week
  • Salary - £24,000 pro rata
  • Parking available and close to mainline stations

Part time Administrator responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from clients, customers, and the general public, dealing with enquiries or transferring to the relevant department
  • Monitoring the in-house email inbox and responding the enquiries in a timely manner
  • Managing complaints and issues in line with business procedures, escalating as required
  • Managing client portals, adding notes and information as necessary
  • Updating the in-house database system with required details
  • Liaising with an off-site workforce, uploading reports, and chasing details
  • Assisting with data entry duties
  • Creating letters/correspondence and managing postal duties
  • Requestion and organising purchase orders and invoices
  • Requesting quotes, chasing reports, and maintaining the in-house database

Part time Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
