This position supports the Global Function Team, which includes the MD, three Consultants, and two Associates. It's a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so they’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent attention to detail, and can hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:• Diary management, including scheduling client and candidate meetings and arranging interviews across time zones• Preparing client materials and candidate profiles, and presenting team and market data• Managing financial aspects of the billing process• Booking complex travel arrangements• Providing general administrative support• Covering reception duties when requiredSkills and Experience:• 3+ years of experience as an EA, Project Coordinator, or in another fast-paced role• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage shifting priorities and schedules• A proactive attitude, energy, and the ability to work independently• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
