Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Team Administrator for a highly established company based in London.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable handling a mix of administrative tasks and office support.

Salary - £30k - £40k DOE plus bonus

Location - London, Westminster - 5 Days in the office - Flexible

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for general office inquiries and support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, transport, accommodation, and managing travel accounts
  • Handle day-to-day admin duties such as filing, expense processing, record-keeping, and ordering supplies
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including setting up home offices, preparing welcome kits, and arranging equipment returns
  • Assist visiting staff with desk allocation and access setup
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Help plan and organise internal and external events and social activities
  • Provide additional support as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient with office software and quick to learn new tools
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, trustworthy, and reliable
