Our client is a regional developer focused on mixed-use, new build residential schemes with a turnover of £550 million.
They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a £100 million+ regeneration project in Lambeth.
The ideal candidate should have experience on similar projects and will report to the Senior Site Manager.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 plus a full benefits package.

The need now exists for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on site in Lambeth.

The development is a 100m+ regeneration scheme.

The position will report into the Senior Site Manager and our client is seeking applicants with experience on similar projects.

In return, our client is offering abasic salary of 40k - 50k + full package.
